About the Role
Solairus Aviation is seeking a qualified and experienced Global 6000 Captain to join a four-pilot operation based at Teterboro (TEB), New Jersey. This full-time position involves operating the Global 6000 aircraft for an account averaging approximately 500 flight hours annually. Essential Responsibilities

Oversee the safe operation of the Global 6000 aircraft.

Conduct flights safely and prudently, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies.

Review aircraft maintenance status before flights.

Perform pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.

Thoroughly check weather conditions and facilities along the planned route and at destination and alternate airports.

Ensure all flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Prioritize the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew.

Complete all required trip paperwork accurately and in accordance with current procedures.
Qualifications

Total flight time: 5000 hours

Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 2500 hours

Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours

MEL PIC time: 500 hours

Time in Turbo Jet aircraft: 500 hours

Instrument flight time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications and Certifications

Type rating on the Global 6000 or a comparable aircraft.

Possession of a first-class medical certificate.

Availability to work on an on-call basis.

Completion of annual ICAO International procedures training.

Primary residence within a two-hour drive of Teterboro (TEB) or willingness to relocate.
