About the Role
JSX is seeking a dedicated Flight Attendant to join their team at the Miami-Opa Locka (OPF) Crew Base. This full-time position focuses on providing customers with a joyful, simple, and safe travel experience while ensuring proficiency with cabin equipment and emergency procedures. This role is ideal for adaptable, customer-focused individuals seeking a dynamic career in aviation.
Responsibilities

Ensure the aircraft is clean, stocked, and prepared for customer boarding.

Verify the presence and proper working order of all emergency equipment and supplies.

Conduct or verify safety briefings and secure the cabin before departure.

Provide attentive customer service during flight.

Remain vigilant and prepared to respond professionally to all situations, including emergencies.

Apply training and maintain composure in routine and emergency scenarios.

Assist customers with special needs during evacuations.
Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience.

Strong verbal communication skills and fluency in English.

A current and valid Driver's license.

A current and valid Passport.

Minimum age of 21.

Must be between 5'0" and 5'8" without shoes.

Ability to sit comfortably in the assigned jumpseat without modification.

No visible tattoos or body piercings.
Preferred Experience

Previous experience as a Flight Attendant.

Ability to speak and communicate in another language.
