The Flight Attendant will deliver exceptional personal services to passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort during flight operations. Responsibilities

Provide a high level of service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

Direct and assist passengers during emergencies.

Administer basic first aid, including CPR, AED, and standard first aid.

Secure the cabin in accordance with federal regulations prior to take-off and landing.

Reassure passengers during challenging flight conditions.

Conduct preflight briefings.

Verify sufficient on-board supplies, including food, beverages, blankets, reading materials, and emergency equipment.

Procure items specifically requested by passengers.

Inspect, clean, and stock the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after each flight leg.

Conduct periodic cabin checks to maintain passenger comfort and cleanliness.

Complete all required preflight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation.

Operate audio and video systems.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.

First Aid Training Certification.

Flight attendant-specific training from recognized institutions (e.g., FlightSafety, FACTs) is preferred; annual recurrent training is required. Candidates without formal training may be considered but must complete initial training before flight assignments.

Demonstrated culinary skills and specific culinary training.

Ability to manage a dynamic schedule, including late-night flights.

Availability to fly on short notice (2-3 hour response time when on standby).

Ability to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.

Proficiency in operating all features of the Cabin Management Systems, galley equipment, and cabin features (e.g., berthing seats, divan configuration).

Fluency in one or more foreign languages is preferred.

Experience with small children is preferred.
Physical Requirements

Vision correctable to 20/20 or better; uncorrected vision no worse than 20/20. Ability to read reports, charts, manage paperwork, and use digital devices.

Clear speech and adequate hearing for effective communication in various environments, including during flight.

Physical capability for walking and standing without assistance for extended periods (up to 14 hours with limited sitting). Ability to work long hours in diverse climates.

Ability to kneel to load supplies and maneuver within confined aircraft spaces.

Strength to push/pull cabin doors (up to 130 lbs), write, type, use electronic devices, prepare and serve food.
