Requirements

• Minimum age of 23 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Valid passport required.
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to travel internationally.
• Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a preferred but not mandatory asset.
• Successful completion of Contour’s four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.
• Availability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours.
• Must reside within one (1) hour of their assigned domicile.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screening and be willing to undergo FAA and Company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to pass a 10-year work history background check, criminal history, and fingerprint checks as required by the TSA.

About the Role

• Ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintaining cabin safety, conducting safety demonstrations, and responding effectively to in-flight emergencies.
• Providing clear and professional communication to passengers and crew members.
• Performing duties in the aircraft environment in strict compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies.
• Prioritizing passenger safety and comfort on every flight.
• Delivering exemplary customer service that meets and exceeds passenger expectations.
• Assisting with luggage stowage and providing attentive support to passengers with special needs.
• Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Implementing flight deck instructions and safety procedures during emergencies, including guiding passenger evacuations and providing emergency medical assistance (CPR and first aid).
• Ensuring passenger and aircraft compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
• Conducting safety demonstrations, public announcements, and passenger instructions clearly and professionally.
• Completing all required reports, paperwork, and documentation accurately.
• Operating and securing aircraft doors and galley/cabin service equipment.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.
• Adhering to all safety-conscious behaviors in daily operations.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
