Position Overview
Air Wisconsin is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Flight Attendants. Our Flight Attendants take pride in providing world-class customer service, ensuring our passengers enjoy the best possible flying experience. As the sole Flight Attendant on each aircraft, the selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety, comfort, and service excellence.
Responsibilities

Perform a variety of services conducive to the safety and comfort of passengers aboard the aircraft.

Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming cabin environment and professionally addressing passenger requests.

Adhere to established guidelines to ensure passenger safety.

Manage in-flight emergencies and security matters in accordance with standard emergency procedures and practices.
Requirements

Minimum age of 19 years.

High School diploma or equivalent.
-
Valid US passport or a valid foreign passport with current documentation permitting unlimited transit between international borders.

1–2 years of customer service experience.

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and able to transit across borders without restrictions.

Must live within two hours of the Killeen, Texas, domicile.

Maximum height of 5'10" (70") without shoes and a minimum reach of 68" above the ground.

Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, twist, and turn; must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 45 lbs.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing in English.

Ability to attend and successfully complete a three-week, unpaid training class.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Adaptability and the ability to perform effectively under stress.

Must successfully complete a Federally Mandated 10-year background check, FBI fingerprinting, and pre-employment drug screening.

Must satisfy all TSA and federal aviation security requirements and meet all federal contract qualification standards.
