The Opportunity
Alerion Aviation is seeking a highly professional and dedicated full-time Corporate Cabin Attendant for Part 91 flight operations based out of West Palm Beach, FL. This pivotal role embodies the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and personalized service. The Corporate Cabin Attendant serves as the cornerstone of the in-flight experience, ensuring every journey is seamless, secure, and exceptionally comfortable. The ideal candidate possesses a profound passion for delivering first-class service while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensures the aircraft cabin is meticulously prepared and stocked to precise specifications prior to each flight.
- Maintains and upholds aircraft cabin standards with consistent excellence.
- Completes all required pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation and paperwork accurately.
- Communicates all cabin maintenance issues promptly and clearly to the Pilot in Command.
- Demonstrates the highest level of sophisticated customer service at all times.
- Assists with delegated duties from the Pilot in Command during an aircraft emergency, medical emergency, or aircraft evacuation.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of cabin safety procedures and protocols.
- Provides prompt, clear, and accurate communication with passengers and crew.
- Assists passengers with understanding and utilizing cabin specifications and convenience systems, including entertainment systems.
- Aids passengers with the arrangement and stowage of their luggage and personal items onboard.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of prior private or commercial aviation experience (specifically First or Business Class cabin service) OR a minimum of three (3) years of high-end service experience in other luxury sectors.
- Current Corporate Cabin Attendant Training Certification, obtained within the last 24 months.
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise impeccable discretion.
- Exceptional flexibility with a demonstrated ability to identify creative solutions to challenges.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service and operations.
- Ability to calmly prioritize tasks and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unpredictable environment.
- A genuine passion for providing guests with 5-star customer service.
- The ability to communicate articulately and fluently in English. Proficiency in other languages and international cultural experience are highly beneficial.
- Ability to successfully assist in the launch of a life raft weighing approximately 60 lbs.
- Ability to lift, open, and manipulate aircraft door and window exits weighing up to 130 lbs.
- Possession of a valid US Passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
- Possession of a valid US Driver's License.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; a college degree is preferred.
