Position Summary
Alerion Aviation seeks a highly professional and safety-focused Corporate Cabin Attendant for full-time Part 91 operations based in West Palm Beach, FL. This pivotal role embodies the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and personalized service. The Cabin Attendant serves as the face of the inflight experience, ensuring every journey is not only seamless and secure but also exceptional in comfort and care. Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and stock aircraft according to precise specifications prior to each flight.
- Ensure aircraft cabin standards are consistently met and maintained with excellence.
- Accurately complete all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation.
- Communicate promptly and clearly all cabin maintenance issues to the Pilot in Command.
- Deliver an unparalleled level of customer service throughout all phases of flight.
- Provide essential support to the Pilot in Command during aircraft emergencies, medical emergencies, or evacuations.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of cabin safety procedures and protocols.
- Assist passengers with cabin convenience systems, including entertainment systems.
- Support passengers with the arrangement of luggage and personal items onboard.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all operations and client information.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in private or commercial aviation (First or Business Class cabin), or high-end service within other luxury sectors.
- Current Corporate Cabin Attendant Training Certification (obtained within the last 24 months).
- Valid CPR Certification.
- High degree of flexibility and demonstrated aptitude for creative problem-solving.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service and operations.
- Ability to remain calm and effectively prioritize tasks in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- A genuine passion for delivering five-star customer service.
- Articulate communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages and international cultural experience are highly advantageous.
- Physical capability to assist in launching a life raft (approximately 60 lbs).
- Physical capability to lift, open, and manipulate aircraft door and window exits (up to 130 lbs).
- Valid US Passport with unrestricted international travel capability.
- Valid US Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
