Direct Entry First Officer - Aer Lingus UK (Manchester Base)

Qualifications and Key Criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction.
- Ability to apply for and obtain relevant US immigration/entry visas, which is a pre-requisite for the role (for travel to/from the United States).
- Possession of a valid passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel.
- Ability to report for duty within 120 minutes when on standby duty.
- Holding a valid UK ATPL or ATPL (f) licence.
- Possession of an A330 or A320 Type-Rating.
- Meeting the following time on type requirements: Flexible for A330 rated pilots, or 2,500 hours on the A320 for CCQ candidates.
- A valid LPC (Licence Proficiency Check) upon commencement of employment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with an English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 5 required.
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to working shifts, unsociable hours, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- Ability to pass airport security vetting procedures, including a five-year background check.
