About The Role
The Cabin Crew member plays a vital role within the flydubai team, ensuring a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for a diverse customer base.
Role Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum height of 158 cm, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Possesses a well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to flydubai’s grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Must hold a valid passport.
- Must be in good health and capable of passing an aero medical examination.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Confident in the water when using a flotation aid/life jacket.
- Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Respectful, adaptable, and thrives in a multi-cultural team environment.
- Demonstrates a safety-conscious attitude and the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- International aviation experience is an advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is necessary, ideally within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Training Bond
- Approximately USD 2,650 for the first year.
Pay & Benefits
- Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: Approximately USD 2,252 monthly.
- Plus Variable Flying pay: Approximately USD 1,200 monthly on average (based on 90 flying hours).

ISR Requirements
The Cabin Crew member reads and complies with the Company's Information Security Risk (ISR) policies, diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. They are required to complete all mandated ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations.
