The successful candidate will act as an Air Arabia ambassador, consistently striving to cultivate customer loyalty and project a positive corporate image. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining punctual attendance, adhering to grooming standards, and ensuring personal fitness and legal compliance for assigned flights. Pre-flight briefings will be attended to receive flight details, understand role assignments, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures. They will instruct passengers on safety procedures, identify and mitigate safety and security risks in collaboration with the Cabin Supervisor according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), administer first aid as needed, and promptly report any irregularities or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel (Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, Captain).
The candidate will welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and accurately record data in the aircraft logbook. They will provide consistent, high-quality customer service, addressing passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs. Proactive assistance will be provided to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to company policies and procedures. The candidate will actively promote on-board meals, products, and the “Charity Cloud” program, contributing to revenue maximization and achieving individual and team sales targets. Accurate handling of cash and credit card payments is mandatory.
Pre-flight checks will be conducted to ensure adequate supplies, emergency equipment, and catering, with deficiencies reported to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. The candidate will assist in maintaining cabin cleanliness at transit stations and ensuring sufficient re-catering and duty-free products. Orderly handover/takeover procedures with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff will be followed. Post-flight briefing and assessment reports will be completed according to established policies, including objective evaluations, problem reporting, and duty-free container closure. The candidate will account for passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and may be designated to perform Cabin Supervisor duties under the Captain's direction. Continued professional development is expected through participation in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and license maintenance. Teamwork and successful delivery against KPIs are essential.
