Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights. Attending briefings to acknowledge flight details, roles, targets, and security procedures.
- Instructing passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Identifying safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administering first aid to passengers when necessary.
- Promptly informing the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Welcoming passengers and assisting with boarding formalities, entering necessary data into the aircraft logbook according to Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA procedures.
- Providing consistently excellent customer service by attending to pre-bookings, requests, and individual needs.
- Identifying and assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with operational manuals and relevant instructions.
- Contributing to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services, achieving individual and team targets.
- Ensuring the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for sales and donations.
- Conducting pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified items, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
- Assisting in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before flying.
- Ensuring orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Conducting post-flight briefings and assessment reports as per company policies and procedures, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, and reporting any flight problems or discrepancies, including the closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Accounting to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and assuming the duties of the ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated by the Captain.
- Maintaining professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, ensuring current licensure.
- Contributing to team success by achieving related results and fulfilling assigned sales targets and objectives.
Important Requirements:
- Age: 20 to 33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is a valuable asset.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is considered an advantage.
- An active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts and for extended hours.
- Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
