Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive in Prague

Job Purpose
The Cabin Crew member acts as an ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. They are committed to enhancing the overall customer experience by providing exceptional service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. The role requires readiness and fitness for duty, maintaining productivity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct: The Cabin Crew member ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights. They actively participate in briefings to gain thorough understanding of flight details, role assignments, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.
- Safety Measures: The Cabin Crew member instructs passengers on safety protocols, prioritizing their safety and comfort. They identify potential safety and security risks, working with the Cabin Supervisor to take corrective actions per Standard Operating Procedures. They administer first aid when needed and promptly inform the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
- Customer Service: The Cabin Crew member warmly welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, entering required data into the aircraft logbook. They provide exceptional, proactive customer service, attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs. They identify and assist passengers experiencing difficulties, adhering to the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions. They actively contribute to onboard revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by promoting meals, products, and charity services, achieving individual and team targets. They ensure secure handling of cash and credit card payments for sales and donations.
- Crosschecking and Reports: The Cabin Crew member conducts pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, and catering, reporting deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain. They help ensure cabin cleanliness at transit stations, facilitating adequate re-catering and duty-free stock. They ensure an organized handover/takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, or maintenance staff. They complete post-flight briefings and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any issues, and ensuring the secure closure of duty-free containers. They report on passenger conduct and assume Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain. The Cabin Crew member maintains professional knowledge and safety compliance through recurrent training, emergency procedure training, and relevant workshops, ensuring license currency. They contribute to team success by achieving related results and assigned sales targets.
Important Requirements
- Age: 20 to 30 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportional to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while in uniform
- Medically/Physically fit for Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; Diploma in Travel/Tourism is preferred.
- First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedure training are advantageous.
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality industries is considered an advantage.
- Possession of an active cabin crew license is beneficial.
- Capacity to work in shift patterns and extended working hours.
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set Key Performance Indicators.
