Important Note on Registration: Due to facility capacity limitations, this is strictly an invitation-only recruitment event. Invitations will be extended only to a selected group of candidates whose qualifications and values align closely with the organisation's requirements. Selected candidates will receive their official invitation one week prior to the event date. Non-selected applicants will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
The Role of a Cabin Crew Member
The successful Flight Attendant will serve as a vital ambassador for the airline, focusing equally on passenger safety and exceptional customer care. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring passenger safety and comfort through rigorous adherence to company and regulatory policies.
- Executing all mandatory on-board and ground duties efficiently and professionally.
- Managing in-flight sales operations, including accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Providing a warm welcome and continuous assistance to passengers throughout all flight stages.

Candidates selected for training will be contracted and remunerated from the first day of the training program.
Essential Candidate Requirements (Pre-Screening Criteria)
All applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria. Compliance will be verified during the recruitment process.
- The candidate must be aged 18 years or over.
- A minimum arm reach of 210 cm is required when standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a minimum high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months, free from limitations.
- Physical ability to swim.
- Possession of the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- The candidate must currently reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be able to commit to this journey based on the work schedule.
- No tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the company uniform.
- A successful candidate must be enthusiastic and enjoy working closely with diverse groups of people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable to operational routes).
- Candidates should note that visual acuity requiring a prescription above +4 or below -4 is likely to lead to failure in the mandatory medical examination.
Recruitment Day Guidelines
Candidates who receive an invitation must observe the following instructions:
- Attendance must be sharp and on time. Candidates should be prepared for the selection process to potentially last until late afternoon.
- Required Documentation: The candidate must present their passport, alongside their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport Holders require only their passport).
- Candidates must bring an updated English CV complete with an attached ID photograph.
- Dress Code: Professional Business Attire is mandatory.
- Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base for which they are applying.
