This is an invitation-only recruitment event with limited capacity. Candidates will be selected based on their qualifications and alignment with Wizz Air's organisational values. Invitations will be dispatched one week prior to the event to selected candidates. Non-selected applicants will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities. Registration for the event is required.
Preparation for the Recruitment Day
- Candidates must arrive promptly, as the process may extend into the late afternoon.
- Compliance with all listed requirements will be verified during the event.
- Required Documents:
- Valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity).
- UK Right to Live and Work documentation (Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code; British Passport holders require only their passport).
- Updated English CV with an ID photo.
- Dress Code: Business Attire.
- Candidates may attend any recruitment event, irrespective of their preferred base application.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm (approximately 6ft 10in) when standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a high school degree, GCSE equivalent, or higher qualification.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
- Ability to swim.
- Legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, valid Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Readiness to reside or relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, with flexibility for travel based on work schedules.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
Medical Note: Candidates with vision prescriptions exceeding +4 or falling below -4 (for glasses or contact lenses) are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
