Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member
- Ensuring paramount passenger safety and delivering exceptional customer care throughout all phases of flight.
- Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and aviation regulatory standards.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales transactions and meticulously handling cash.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing comprehensive assistance throughout their journey.

- Being contracted and compensated from the very first day of comprehensive training.
Essential Requirements
- Candidates must be aged 18 or over.
- Possession of an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
- A valid passport without limitations, maintaining a minimum of 6 months' validity.
- The proven ability to swim.
- The legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, valid Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- A commitment to reside or relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base and to be prepared for this journey according to work schedules.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic demeanor and a genuine passion for working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Please note: If a candidate's glasses or contact lens prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
