The Role of a Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant
The Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE equivalent, or a higher qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity and no limitations.
- Be able to swim proficiently.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, valid Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status). British Passport Holders require only their passport.
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base, with readiness to commute according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic and customer-focused personality, enjoying interaction with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates with a prescription for glasses or contact lenses exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
