Join Our Recruitment Event:
The company is continuously recruiting and invites prospective candidates to attend an upcoming recruitment day. Attending this event is an opportunity to learn more about the role and undergo preliminary assessments. Candidates are advised to arrive promptly as the process may extend into the late afternoon.
Essential Items to Bring to the Recruitment Day:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
- Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (for non-British Passport Holders). British Passport Holders only need their passport.
- Updated English CV with an attached ID photo.
- Candidates should attend in professional business attire.
Candidates are welcome to attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base they are primarily interested in.
Key Responsibilities of a Flight Attendant:
The Cabin Crew member is responsible for focusing on both safety and customer care aspects during flights. This includes:
- Performing both on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight duration.
- Acting in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming an integral part of a large team of aviation professionals.
Candidates will be contracted and remunerated from the initial day of training.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency, both written and spoken, in English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations, valid for at least 6 months.
- Be able to swim competently.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (via a British passport, Visa, or Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Reside or be willing to relocate to within 90 minutes of their chosen base, and be prepared to make this journey according to their work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may face challenges passing the mandatory medical examination.
