Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - London Gatwick - 2 September 2025

Event Details:

Date and Time: 2 September 2025, 09:00 AM sharp
Location: Hilton Gatwick Airport, South Terminal, Horley, Gatwick RH6 0LL

Attendees are encouraged to arrive precisely on time and be prepared for the process, which may extend into the late afternoon. Compliance with requirements will be checked during the event.

Documents to Bring:

  • Valid passport (British Passport Holders only need their passport; others must also bring their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code).
  • Updated English CV with an ID photo.

Dress Code: Business Attire is required.

Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of their preferred base.

Working as Cabin Crew:

The role of Cabin Crew involves prioritising both safety and customer care. Responsibilities include performing onboard and ground duties in adherence to company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, and welcoming passengers with professionalism and assisting them throughout their journey. Cabin Crew members are expected to embody the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Successful candidates will become part of a large community of aviation enthusiasts. Employment and payment commence from the first day of training.

Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Aged 18 or over.
  • Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent.
  • Be fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
  • Possess a valid passport without limitations, valid for at least 6 months.
  • Be able to swim.
  • Hold the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
  • Reside or be willing to relocate within 90 minutes of their chosen base and commute accordingly based on the work schedule.
  • Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and enjoy working with people.
  • Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
  • Please note that if you wear glasses or contact lenses and your prescription is above +4 or below -4, you are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
