Recruitment Day Requirements & Information:
Attendees should carefully review the requirements listed below, as compliance will be verified during the event. Punctual arrival is essential, and candidates should be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon.
Candidates must bring:
- Passport
- Visa / Pre-Settlement / Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport Holders only need their passport)
- Updated English CV with an ID photo
- Dress Code: Business Attire
Please note that attendance at any recruitment event is permissible, regardless of the base the candidate is applying for.
Responsibilities as a Flight Attendant Include:
- Focusing equally on safety protocols and customer care standards.
- Performing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and cash handling procedures.
- Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Acting in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming an integral part of a large team of aviation enthusiasts.
- Being contracted and compensated from the initial day of training.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Aged 18 or over.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Be able to swim.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be willing to relocate within 90 minutes of their chosen base and be prepared to commute according to the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos and/or piercings on body parts visible while wearing the company uniform.
- Possess an enthusiastic personality and enjoy working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Note: Candidates with glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
