Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise passenger safety and comfort, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform duties onboard and on the ground according to established standards.
- Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Welcome passengers with a warm smile and assist them throughout the flight.
- Demonstrate adherence to the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Engage as a valued member of a global team exceeding 7,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be aged 18 or over at the time of application.
- Possesses an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Holds a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrates fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Holds a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
- Must be able to swim.
- Holds the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement Status, or Settlement Status).
- Resides within, or is willing to relocate within, 90 minutes of your chosen base, prepared to travel this distance for work shifts.
- Does not have visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Is an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working collaboratively with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable for their assigned routes.
- Candidates with glasses or contact lenses should note that prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
Recruitment Process - Invitation-Only Event:
Interested candidates are invited to register for an upcoming recruitment event. Due to facility capacity, participation is by invitation only. Invitations will be extended to a selected group of candidates whose qualifications and values align with the organisation's requirements. Selected candidates will receive their invitation one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment Event Details:
Date and Time: 9th of July 2025, 09:00 AM sharp.
Location: LLA Excellence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU.
Preparation: Candidates should arrive strictly on time and be prepared for a process that may last until late afternoon.
Required Documents: Attendees must bring their passport (British Passport Holders only need their passport; others require passport plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code) and an updated English CV with an ID photo.
Dress Code: Business Attire is required.
Candidates may attend this event regardless of the base they are applying for.
