Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant

Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member, the focus is on both safety and delivering excellent customer care. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
- Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions.
- Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Acting in accordance with the airline's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Ensuring passenger safety and comfort as part of a dedicated aviation team.
Candidate Requirements
The airline seeks candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE results, or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Must hold a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of 6 months validity.
- Must be able to swim.
- Must possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Ability to live or relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared for this commute according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates with glasses or contact lenses should be aware that prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may impact eligibility for the mandatory medical examination.
The Recruitment Process
The airline holds regular recruitment events for prospective Cabin Crew members. Interested candidates are encouraged to register their interest. Due to facility capacity, these are invitation-only events extended to a selected group of candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with organizational values. Invitations are typically sent out one week prior to an event. Candidates not selected for a specific event will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Candidates invited to a recruitment event should be prepared:
- Arrive punctually at the specified time.
- Be aware that the selection process may last until late afternoon.
- Bring their passport and their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport Holders only require their passport).
- An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
- The dress code is Business Attire.
