The Cabin Crew Role
Working as a Flight Attendant involves balancing safety and customer care to deliver an outstanding passenger experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing onboard and ground duties strictly in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and cash handling.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Upholding the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming part of a large, passionate team of aviation professionals.
- Being contracted and compensated from the first day of training.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum educational qualification equivalent to a high school degree or GCSE result.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport with no limitations and a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Currently reside or be willing to relocate within a 90-minute commute of their chosen base and be prepared to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body exposed when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and enjoy working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses should note that a prescription outside the range of +4 or below -4 may prevent them from passing the mandatory medical examination.
