Important Information for the Recruitment Day:
Prospective candidates should ensure they meet the requirements listed below, as compliance will be checked during the event. Attendees must bring the following:
- Passport (valid for a minimum of 6 months) plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code. For British Passport Holders, the passport is sufficient.
- Updated English CV with an ID photo.
- Dress Code: Business Attire.
Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
The Role of a Cabin Crew Member:
Working as a Flight Attendant involves a crucial role focused equally on safety and customer care. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions.
- Welcoming passengers and assisting them throughout the flight.
- Acting in accordance with the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Selected candidates will be contracted and paid from day one of the training program.
Requirements:
To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Aged 18 or over.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Ability to swim.
- The legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Ability to live or relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to travel this distance according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
Successful candidates may also need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable. Please note that candidates with glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
