Preparation for the Recruitment Day:
Applicants must meet the requirements listed below, as compliance will be verified during the event. Please ensure you bring the following:
- Passport plus your Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport Holders only require their passport).
- Updated English CV with an ID photo.
- Dress Code: Business Attire.
The Role of a Cabin Crew Member:
Working as a flight attendant involves crucial responsibilities focused on both safety and customer care. The role requires the performance of on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies. Key tasks include managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming and assisting passengers throughout their journey, and consistently acting in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Successful candidates will join a community of over 7,000 aviation professionals and will be contracted and compensated from the first day of training.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Must possess a valid passport without limitations, valid for a minimum of 6 months.
- Must be able to swim.
- Must hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Must reside or be willing to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to commute according to the work schedule.
- Must not have visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
