Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member, the focus is equally on safety and customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash accurately.
- Welcoming passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Ensuring passenger safety and comfort during all phases of flight.
- Acting in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contributing to a team environment within a large community of aviation enthusiasts.
- Being contracted and compensated from the commencement of training.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Holding a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum validity of 6 months remaining.
- Must be able to swim.
- Possession of the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Ability to reside within 90 minutes of the chosen base location and commute as required by the work schedule.
- Absence of tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Demonstration of an enthusiastic attitude and enjoyment in working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable to operational requirements.
- Please note that candidates with glasses or contact lenses prescriptions exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
