Wizz Air is holding a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in London Luton on June 24, 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to join our award-winning team and embark on a unique career journey. The recruitment event will take place at LLA Excellence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU, commencing promptly at 09:00 AM.
We are continuously seeking positive, energetic, and motivated individuals to fill flight attendant/cabin crew positions. If you have ever dreamed of a dynamic workplace, interacting with new people while on the go, then a Cabin Crew role may be ideal.
Attendance to this event is by invitation only, extended to a select group of candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with organizational values. Invitations will be sent out one week prior to the event. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified of future recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment Day Information
Applicants should be aware of the following:
- Compliance with all listed requirements will be verified during the recruitment event.
- Applicants must arrive promptly and be prepared for a process that may extend until late afternoon.
- Applicants must bring their passport, along with their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport holders need only bring their passport).
- Applicants must bring an updated English CV, including an ID photo.
- The dress code is business attire.
- Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Responsibilities
As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the successful candidate will:
- Prioritize both safety and customer care.
- Perform onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers with a smile and provide assistance during the flight.
- Adhere to Wizz Air's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Be part of a diverse team of over 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
- Be contracted and paid from day 1 of the training.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Be able to swim.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Live or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base, accommodating work schedules.
- Not have any visible tattoos and/or piercings while wearing the uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
