Global Airline Training Deployment Instructor Evaluator (Virtual)
Boeing Training Solutions is seeking a highly experienced CBTA Instructor Evaluator to join their dynamic team in a virtual capacity. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of capable and resilient commercial aviation professionals on a global scale.
The Role:
The CBTA Instructor Evaluator will play a crucial role in guiding and overseeing the implementation of competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) programs across a diverse range of international airlines. Key responsibilities include:
- Training Needs Analysis: Conducting thorough reviews and evaluations of customer airline pilot training needs to determine appropriate CBTA content, objectives, and design.
- CBTA Program Development & Evaluation: Overseeing the development, delivery, and evaluation of competency-based training & assessment (CBTA) programs. Evaluating existing airline training concepts, techniques, and processes, and providing insightful gap analyses to refine the Boeing CBTA program.
- Proposal Development & Consultation: Gathering and analyzing data to support the development of comprehensive airline CBTA proposals. Evaluating the accuracy and quality of airline training delivery. Presenting proposals to customers and consulting on CBTA program implementation.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the aviation industry and a passion for fostering excellence in pilot training. Essential qualifications include:
- A relevant degree or an ATPL qualification coupled with significant Boeing aircraft type experience.
- Extensive experience as a pilot instructor (TRI/TRE) with a minimum of three years in the role.
- Prior experience as an airline Training Manager is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, ideally within the commercial airline training sector.
Additional Information:
- This position requires unrestricted worldwide travel, with an estimated 50% of the time spent visiting global airlines.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in Singapore, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Compensation and benefits are determined in alignment with Singapore labor market practices. This is not an expatriate assignment.
