The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Simulator Flight Instructor for Global Flight Training Standardization to join its distinguished team in Miami, Florida. This pivotal onsite position is crucial for advancing instructor standardization across Boeing's worldwide training campuses and for supporting a growing international portfolio focused on Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBTA) instructor training for external customers. The estimated salary range for this position is $112,200 – $151,800. Final compensation will be determined by the candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as prevailing market and business considerations.
Extensive domestic and/or international travel on short notice, potentially up to 50% of the time, may be required to support critical program objectives.
This position primarily operates on a first shift schedule; however, variable shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, may be required to meet dynamic program demands.
This is a U.S.-based job.
