The Role of Cabin Crew

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew
- Must be at least 18 years of age by the commencement of the new entrant course.
- Must be able to reach a height of 1.89 meters (6 feet 2 inches) with feet flat on the floor.
- Must be capable of performing all regulatory duties, including comfortably sitting and securely fastening an aircraft over-shoulder jump seat harness.
- Must be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters.
- Willingness to undergo Psychoactive Testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical assessment throughout employment.
- Proficiency in understanding, speaking, and writing English to a CEFR B2 or ILR L3 standard.
- Ability to work flexible shifts across a 24/7 flight schedule and respond within 90 minutes of notification to report to Base in uniform.
- Must possess a valid UK or Irish passport with at least six months of validity and any necessary travel visas. Successful candidates will be subject to background security checks and must provide proof of required vaccinations as per company and regulatory guidelines.
