About the Apprenticeship Opportunity
This 9-month fixed-term apprenticeship represents an exceptional pathway to commence a rewarding career in the travel and aviation sectors. Upon successful completion, participants will attain a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, equivalent to two A Levels, providing a strong foundation for future career progression.

Essential Requirements for Applicants
- Aged 18 years or older as of March 1st, 2026.
- Ability to reach a height of 6ft.2” (1.89m) with feet flat on the floor.
- Capability to perform all regulatory duties, including safely fastening an aircraft over-shoulder jump seat harness.
- Ability to swim a minimum of 25 meters.
- Willingness to undergo psychoactive testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical throughout employment.
- Proficiency in spoken, written, and comprehended English, equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3.
- Availability to work shifts across a 24/7 flight program and report to base in uniform within 90 minutes.
- Possession of a valid UK or Irish passport with at least 6 months' validity, along with any necessary visas for travel. Successful candidates will be subject to background security checks and must provide proof of required vaccinations in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4/C or above in English and Maths. Original certificates will be required as evidence during the application process.
- Continuous residency in the UK or EEA for the three years immediately preceding the apprenticeship start date.
