About the Role
As a TUI fly Cabin Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional care and service to all passengers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere on board.
- Collaborating effectively with fellow crew members to maintain a safe and secure flight environment.
- Remaining calm and composed under pressure, making sound decisions in unexpected situations in consultation with the team.
- Thriving in a dynamic, international environment with flexible hours, varied workdays, and exciting travel opportunities.
- Operating from our main base in Zaventem, with potential departures from other Belgian airports based on operational needs.
About You
To succeed in this role, you possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years old at the commencement of training.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in either French or Dutch, with a willingness to enhance your skills in the other national language.
- Ability to reach Brussels Airport in uniform within 45 minutes of being on standby, acknowledging that public transport schedules may vary.
- Commitment to completing a comprehensive Cabin Crew training program at our headquarters in Zaventem.
- Adaptability to a flexible work schedule and varying shift patterns.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a genuine passion for exceeding passenger expectations.
- Embodiment of TUI's core values: Trusted, Unique, and Inspiring.
- Proof of yellow fever vaccination prior to commencing employment.
- Possession of a valid EU passport.
What We Offer
Joining TUI fly as Cabin Crew means becoming part of a supportive and enthusiastic international team. We provide:
- A comprehensive six-week training program with full contractual employment and salary from day one.
- An officially recognized Cabin Crew Attestation upon successful completion of the training program.
- A fixed-term contract until the first week of November 2025, with the possibility of extension upon successful performance.
