Brussels Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and motivated students to join its esteemed Cabin Crew team for the summer of 2025. Mission
As a Cabin Crew Member, interns will embody the role of a gracious host, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for passengers. Their keen observation skills will enable them to anticipate passenger needs, delivering exemplary service. Furthermore, interns will play a vital role in maintaining cabin safety, meticulously adhering to company procedures and regulations stipulated by the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually for pre-flight briefings, fully prepared and adhering to company procedures and grooming standards.
- Prioritize passenger safety, service, and customer care, upholding the highest standards.
Profile Requirements:
- Must have attained the age of 18 by the commencement of the training program.
- Must have completed one year of higher education following secondary school.
- Must be a citizen of the European Union or hold the right to reside and work within the EU.
- Must possess a valid international passport with at least six months of remaining validity.
- Must be able to provide a copy of their language proficiency diploma (minimum A2 level).
- Must be able to swim at least 25 meters.
- Must possess excellent language proficiency in English, French, and Dutch.
- Must be available for a minimum of one full month during the summer of 2025, with a preference for a longer commitment, up to four full months (June to September 2025).
- Must be willing to work irregular hours, including weekends.
- Must possess the necessary means of transportation to and from the airport, even for early morning or late-night flights.
- Must be eager to represent Brussels Airlines by adhering to the strict internal style guide for uniform wear, including the prohibition of visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands.
- Must successfully pass the mandatory medical examination for Cabin Crew following a positive selection process.
- Must be willing to commit exclusively to Brussels Airlines as a Cabin Crew intern.
Training Plan:
Following a successful selection process, interns will be assigned to a comprehensive training program. This 37-day training will be conducted during school holidays and weekends, ensuring minimal disruption to academic schedules. The training costs are entirely covered by Brussels Airlines. Please note that the internship contract commences upon successful completion of the training program. Therefore, no salary will be provided during the training period.
