Role Overview
As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service with a strong "sales through service" mindset. As a "happiness maker," customer satisfaction will be at the heart of everything you do.
- Prioritizing the safety of our clients by implementing all safety, first aid, and service procedures with diligence and discipline. You will consistently seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Being a confident communicator, demonstrating emotional intelligence and adapting your style to quickly build rapport with both clients and colleagues.
- Working effectively in a team environment to achieve shared goals with enthusiasm and commitment.
- Exhibiting flexibility and adaptability, embracing change and the unexpected – be it schedule adjustments or onboard emergencies. You will master new technologies and encourage others to do the same.
Candidate Profile
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with prior customer-facing experience being a valuable asset.
- Driven to undergo training covering safety and emergency procedures, first aid, service and sales skills, and eager to apply these learnings in your role.
- Possess excellent communication skills, capable of understanding, speaking, and writing effectively in English and Dutch or French, adapting your style as necessary.
- Able to work both in a team and independently, assessing situations, identifying solutions, making decisions, and remaining calm under pressure.
- Adaptable and positive, thriving in a role where each day is as diverse as the destinations you will fly to and the clients you will meet.
Training Starts: January - March 2025. We will schedule you based on our availability.
