Brussels Airlines is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Cabin Crew team in preparation for the 2025 flying season. This is an opportunity to apply for the reserve list and potentially embark on a rewarding career in aviation.

Mission:

The Cabin Crew Member serves as a premier host, providing exceptional service to passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort. The role requires a keen ability to anticipate passenger needs and deliver a superior customer experience. Adherence to company protocols and regulations set by the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority is paramount to maintain cabin safety. Crew members must be prepared for pre-flight briefings, maintain meticulous grooming standards, and complete all required company training.

Profile Requirements:

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age by the commencement of training. They should possess fluency in English, French, and Dutch. Additional language skills are considered a valuable asset. A minimum of an A2 diploma is required, with the ability to provide a copy. Successful candidates will demonstrate punctuality, discretion, approachability, and active listening skills. They must exhibit empathy, maintain composure under pressure, and embrace a flexible work schedule, including weekends. An interest in diverse cultures and a willingness to work both short-haul and long-haul flights are essential. Furthermore, candidates must be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters, meet EASA medical requirements, and take pride in wearing the company uniform, adhering to the style guidelines, which include a prohibition of visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands.

Training Plan:

Upon successful selection, candidates will be placed on the reserve list. Training assignments for the 2025 season will be allocated based on seat availability and candidate preferences. The Ab Initio training program spans 8 to 9 weeks, while experienced candidates may participate in a 2 to 3 week Direct Entry program. Upon successful completion of training, participants will be offered a temporary contract with Brussels Airlines.
