Brussels Airlines is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its Cabin Crew team for the 2025 flying season. Candidates are invited to apply for the reserve list.
Mission:
As a Cabin Crew Member, you will serve as the primary host for passengers, anticipating their needs and providing exceptional service. This role requires meticulous adherence to safety procedures established by Brussels Airlines and the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority. Responsibilities include:
- Punctual arrival for pre-flight briefings, fully prepared and in compliance with company grooming standards and procedures.
- Maintaining the highest standards of passenger safety, service, and customer care.
- Participation in all mandated company training programs.
Profile Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 at the commencement of training.
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch; additional languages are advantageous.
- Possession of a minimum A2 level diploma (copy required).
- Demonstrated punctuality, discretion, friendliness, and active listening skills.
- Exceptional empathy and composure under pressure.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends.
- Genuine interest in diverse cultures and a commitment to working across our short-haul and long-haul networks.
- Ability to swim a minimum of 25 meters.
- Compliance with EASA medical requirements.
- Willingness to maintain a professional appearance, adhering strictly to the company uniform and style guide (visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands are not permitted).
Training Program:
Successful candidates will be added to the reserve list. Placement in an 8-9 week Ab Initio training course (for entry-level candidates) or a 2-3 week Direct Entry course (for experienced candidates) will be determined based on training schedule availability and candidate availability. Upon successful completion of training, a temporary contract with Brussels Airlines will be offered.
