Cabin Crew Member - Reserve List - Brussels Airlines
Brussels Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its esteemed Cabin Crew team. We are currently accepting applications for our reserve list, offering the opportunity to be considered for training in preparation for the upcoming flying season of 2025.
Mission
As a Cabin Crew Member, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our passengers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable onboard experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, anticipating passenger needs, and delivering a consistently high standard of care.
- Maintaining a safe and secure cabin environment, adhering to all company procedures and regulations outlined by the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority.
- Contributing to a positive and professional onboard atmosphere, ensuring passenger well-being throughout the flight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arriving punctually for all pre-flight briefings, fully prepared and adhering to company grooming standards.
- Maintaining a high standard of safety, service, and customer care for all passengers.
- Participating in all mandatory company training programs.
Profile Requirements:
- Must have attained the age of 18 by the start of the training program.
- Demonstrate excellent language proficiency in English, French, and Dutch. Additional language skills are considered an asset.
- Possess a minimum A2 diploma in language proficiency, which must be provided upon application.
- Exhibit punctuality, discretion, friendliness, and strong listening skills.
- Possess the ability to empathize with passengers and maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and irregular working patterns.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in diverse cultures and be prepared to work on both short-haul and long-haul routes.
- Successfully complete a 25-meter swim test.
- Comply with all EASA medical requirements.
- Be willing to wear the Brussels Airlines uniform with pride and strictly adhere to the internal style guide, including the prohibition of visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands.
Training Plan:
Successful candidates will be added to the reserve list. Once training courses for season 2025 are scheduled, candidates will be assigned to a training session based on available seats and individual availability.
- The Ab Initio training program, designed for entry-level candidates, spans 8 to 9 weeks.
- The Direct Entry training program, tailored for experienced candidates, lasts 2 to 3 weeks.
Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be offered a temporary contract with Brussels Airlines.
