Cabin Crew Student - Summer 2025
Brussels Airlines invites enthusiastic and highly motivated students to join its esteemed Cabin Crew team for the summer of 2025. This unique opportunity provides the chance to work for Belgium's leading airline and travel across Europe, gaining valuable experience alongside seasoned flight attendants who excel in customer service.
Mission
As a Cabin Crew Member, you will assume the role of a gracious host, ensuring the comfort and well-being of passengers throughout their journey. You will possess a keen understanding of passenger needs and deliver exceptional service, while simultaneously upholding the highest standards of safety in accordance with company and Belgian Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually for pre-flight briefings, fully prepared and adhering to company procedures and grooming standards.
- Provide passengers with the highest level of safety, service, and customer care.
Profile Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years by the commencement of training.
- Completion of one year of higher education after secondary school.
- EU citizenship or legal right to reside and work within the EU.
- Possession of a diploma (minimum A2 level).
- Valid international passport with a minimum of 6 months' remaining validity.
- Ability to swim at least 25 meters.
- Excellent language proficiency in English, French, and Dutch.
- Availability for at least one full month during the summer of 2025, preferably for an extended period of up to four full months (June to September 2025).
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends.
- Independent means of transportation to and from the airport, especially for early or late flights.
- Commitment to upholding Brussels Airlines' uniform standards, adhering to the internal style guide, which prohibits visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands.
- Successful completion of a mandatory medical examination for Cabin Crew.
Training Plan
Following a successful selection process, candidates will be assigned to a comprehensive training program. This 37-day training course will be conducted during school holidays and weekends, ensuring minimal disruption to academic schedules. Brussels Airlines fully covers the cost of training. It is important to note that employment contracts will only commence upon successful completion of training, and no salary will be provided during this period.
