Brussels Airlines is preparing for the 2025 flying season and seeks dedicated individuals to join its Cabin Crew team. This is an opportunity to apply for a position on the reserve list.
Mission
The Cabin Crew Member serves as the primary host, ensuring passenger comfort and providing exceptional service. The role requires keen attention to passenger needs and a commitment to upholding cabin safety regulations, adhering to both company and Belgian Civil Aviation Authority procedures. Responsibilities include consistent on-time arrival for pre-flight briefings, maintaining full preparation and adherence to company procedures and grooming standards, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and customer care are provided to passengers, and participation in all required company training programs.
Profile Requirements
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age by the training commencement date. They should possess excellent language skills in English, French, and Dutch, with additional language proficiencies considered an asset. A minimum of an A2 diploma is required. The ideal candidate is punctual, discreet, friendly, and an active listener, with the capacity to empathize with passengers and maintain composure under pressure. A willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, and an interest in diverse cultures are essential. Candidates should be prepared to work on both short-haul and long-haul routes, be able to swim at least 25 meters, comply with EASA medical requirements, and proudly wear the uniform while adhering to the internal style guide, which prohibits visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands.
Training Plan
Successful applicants will be placed on a reserve list and assigned to a training course for the 2025 season, based on seat availability and individual scheduling. The Ab Initio training program lasts 8 to 9 weeks, while a Direct Entry training for experienced candidates is 2 to 3 weeks. Upon successful completion of training, a temporary contract with Brussels Airlines will be offered.
