Cabin Crew Member - Summer 2025 (Student Contract)
Brussels Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and motivated students to join its cabin crew team for the summer of 2025. This opportunity presents the chance to work for Belgium's leading airline, travel across Europe, and collaborate with experienced flight attendants who excel in customer service.
Mission
As a Cabin Crew Member, you will serve as the primary host for passengers on board the aircraft. You will possess a keen understanding of passenger needs and provide exceptional service. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining cabin safety, diligently adhering to company procedures and those mandated by the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually for pre-flight briefings, fully prepared and adhering to company grooming standards and procedures.
- Ensure passengers receive the highest level of safety, service, and customer care.
Profile Requirements
- Must have reached the age of 18 by the start of training.
- Must have completed one year of higher education following secondary school.
- Must be an EU citizen or hold the right to live and work within the EU.
- Must provide a copy of a language diploma (minimum A2 level).
- Must possess a valid international passport (with a minimum of 6 months validity).
- Must be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters.
- Must demonstrate excellent language skills in English, French, and Dutch.
- Must be available for at least one full month during the summer of 2025, ideally more, with a maximum availability of four full months (from June to September 2025).
- Must be willing to work irregular hours, including weekends.
- Must possess the necessary means of transportation to and from the airport, even for very early or late flights.
- Must be willing to wear the Brussels Airlines uniform with pride, adhering to the internal style guide, including the rule prohibiting visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands.
- Must successfully pass the mandatory medical examination for Cabin Crew after positive selection.
Training Plan
Following successful selection, candidates will be assigned to a training course. This 37-day training will be conducted during school holidays and weekends. The training is fully covered by Brussels Airlines. Please note that the contract begins only after successful completion of the training; therefore, no salary will be provided during the training period.
