About the Role:
As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service with a "sales through service" mentality, placing customer satisfaction at the heart of your actions.
- Ensuring the safety of all passengers, diligently implementing safety, first aid, and service procedures.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Communicating effectively with passengers and colleagues, demonstrating emotional intelligence and adapting your communication style to build strong relationships.
- Collaborating effectively with your team to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding results.
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to embrace change and unexpected situations, including roster adjustments and onboard emergencies.
- Mastering new technologies and encouraging others to do the same.
Training will take place during weekends and school holidays in February or March. You will commence your role as Cabin Crew during the summer months (from July 1st to September 14th), working for 9 weeks and enjoying a 2-week break within the summer season.
About You:
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with previous customer-focused experience being advantageous.
- A strong motivation to complete training covering safety and emergency procedures, first aid, service and commercial skills, and the ability to apply this knowledge in your role.
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in English and either Dutch or French, with the ability to adapt your communication style as needed.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, analyzing situations, identifying solutions, making decisions, and remaining calm under pressure.
- A positive and adaptable attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying destinations and customer interactions.
