Cabin Crew Summer Internship - Brussels Airlines
Brussels Airlines invites enthusiastic and motivated students to join its cabin crew team for the summer of 2025. Mission:
As a Cabin Crew Member, interns will serve as exemplary hosts for passengers onboard aircraft. The ideal candidate possesses an innate ability to anticipate passenger needs and provide exceptional service. Furthermore, they are responsible for maintaining cabin safety, adhering strictly to company and Belgian Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually for pre-flight briefings, fully prepared and adhering to company procedures and grooming standards.
- Provide passengers with the highest possible standard of safety, service, and customer care.
Profile Requirements:
- Must have reached the age of 18 by the start of training.
- Must have completed at least one year of higher education following secondary school.
- Must be an EU citizen or possess the right to live and work within the EU.
- Must provide a copy of their diploma demonstrating at least an A2 level of language proficiency.
- Must hold a valid international passport with at least 6 months remaining.
- Must be able to swim at least 25 meters.
- Must possess excellent language skills in English, French, and Dutch.
- Must be available for at least one full month during the summer of 2025, preferably more, with a maximum availability of four full months (June to September 2025).
- Must be willing to work irregular hours, including weekends.
- Must possess reliable transportation to the airport, even for early morning or late-night flights.
- Must be eager to wear the Brussels Airlines uniform with pride, strictly adhering to the internal style guide, including the rule prohibiting visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands.
- Must successfully pass the mandatory medical exam for Cabin Crew following a positive selection.
- Must be willing to work exclusively as a Cabin Crew student at Brussels Airlines.
Training Plan:
Following a successful selection, interns will be assigned to one of Brussels Airlines' comprehensive training courses. The 37-day training program will be organized during school holidays and weekends.
Brussels Airlines covers the cost of the training. However, it's important to note that the contract only commences after successful completion of the training, meaning no salary is paid during the training period.

Applicants are required to upload their CV and motivational letter. Within their application, they must clearly indicate:
- Their language proficiency.
- Whether one of their parents is a Brussels Airlines employee.
- Their willingness to undergo 37 days of unpaid training during school holidays and weekends.
- Their availability between June and September 2025.
Failure to fulfill all of these criteria will render an application invalid.
