Brussels Airlines, Belgium's premier airline, invites applications from enthusiastic and highly motivated students to join its cabin crew team for the summer of 2025. Mission:
The Cabin Crew Member serves as the consummate host for all passengers onboard the aircraft. He or she anticipates passenger needs with discerning awareness and delivers exceptional service. Furthermore, the Cabin Crew Member is responsible for maintaining cabin safety, adhering rigorously to company protocols and the regulations of the Belgian Civil Aviation Authority.
The role requires consistent punctuality for pre-flight briefings, arriving fully prepared and in strict accordance with company procedures and grooming standards. The Cabin Crew Member is entrusted with ensuring that passengers receive the utmost standard of safety, service, and care.
Profile Requirements:
- The candidate must be at least 18 years of age by the commencement of training.
- The candidate must have completed at least one year of higher education after secondary school.
- The candidate must hold EU citizenship or possess the right to live and work within the EU.
- The candidate must be able to provide a copy of his or her diploma (minimum A2).
- The candidate must possess a valid international passport with at least six months of remaining validity.
- The candidate must be capable of swimming a minimum of 25 meters.
- The candidate must demonstrate excellent language skills in English, French, and Dutch.
- The candidate must be available for a minimum of one full month during the summer of 2025, with a preference for availability up to four full months (June to September 2025).
- The candidate must demonstrate a willingness to work an irregular schedule, including weekends.
- The candidate must possess reliable transportation to the airport, including for early morning and late-night flights.
- The candidate must display a commitment to wearing the Brussels Airlines uniform with pride, adhering strictly to the internal style guide, which includes a prohibition on visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands.
- The candidate must successfully pass the mandatory medical examination for Cabin Crew following a positive selection.
- The candidate must agree to work exclusively for Brussels Airlines as a Cabin Crew student.
Training Plan:
Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the airline's comprehensive training courses. The training, which spans 37 days, will be scheduled during school holidays and weekends. Brussels Airlines will cover the cost of this training. It is important to note that the contract of employment will commence only upon the successful completion of training, and therefore, no salary is provided during the training period.

- Whether either parent is currently employed by Brussels Airlines
- A willingness to undertake 37 days of unpaid training during school holidays and weekends
