Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, prioritizing passenger safety and well-being. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a sales-focused approach, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Ensuring adherence to all safety, first aid, and service procedures. Proactive identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and professional development.
- Effectively communicating with passengers and colleagues, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and adaptability to diverse interpersonal dynamics.
- Collaborating effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Adapting to changing circumstances, including roster adjustments and unexpected onboard situations, and demonstrating proficiency with new technologies.
Training commences between January and March 2025. Scheduling will be determined based on operational needs.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service; prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
- A strong commitment to completing comprehensive training covering safety and emergency procedures, first aid, and service and commercial skills, and effectively applying this knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and either Dutch or French. The ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences is essential.
- The capacity to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and composure under pressure.
- Adaptability, positivity, and a willingness to embrace the dynamic nature of the role, including varied destinations and passenger interactions.
