Corporate Flight Attendant - South East Asia
TAG Aviation seeks a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join its team as a Corporate Flight Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and professional onboard experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
- Assist with pre-flight preparations, including cabin checks and safety demonstrations.
- Manage in-flight service, including serving meals and beverages, attending to passenger requests, and maintaining a clean and comfortable cabin environment.
- Respond to passenger inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues with a calm and efficient demeanor.
- Assist with post-flight duties, including cabin cleaning and ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant.
- Polished and professional interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform required work duties in an aircraft environment, including lifting and carrying items and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish work tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Commitment to providing exemplary customer service, exceeding passenger expectations.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with professionalism.
- A passion for the aviation industry and a desire to contribute to a world-class flight experience.
