The Role

The Cabin Crew Member plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers. This position is integral to delivering HK Express's commitment to exceptional inflight service and fostering a positive travel experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

Execute all required inflight safety and security procedures with utmost diligence and adherence to regulations.
Conduct professional inflight sales of a wide range of food and beverage items, alongside duty-free products.
Collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment to deliver outstanding customer service activities, proactively addressing passengers' needs and enquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Cabin Crew Member position will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Possession of the right of abode in Hong Kong.
A minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
Ability to achieve a minimum arm-reach of 208cm and successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical examination.
Attainment of a minimum of Grade E in HKCEE English and Chinese, or Level 2 in HKDSE English and Chinese, or an equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Proficiency in additional Asian languages is considered a distinct advantage for this role.
