HK Express | Flight Attendant

HK Express is seeking full-time Flight Attendants to be based in Hong Kong SAR. This role involves ensuring inflight safety and security, managing onboard sales, and delivering exceptional customer service to passengers. The company is conducting recruitment campaigns in mainland China to fill these positions.

About the Role

• Conduct inflight safety and security procedures.
• Perform onboard food, beverage, and duty-free sales.
• Provide team-based customer service, addressing passenger needs and enquiries.

Requirements

• Must hold a People's Republic of China Passport, Macau Special Administrative Region Passport, or Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Passport.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above; OR High school graduates with at least 1 year of flight attendant experience.
• Minimum arm reach of 208 cm on tiptoe.
• Physically fit to pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and at least one other Asian language.
• English Proficiency Qualification (within 2 years for TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS):
  • CET4 with a score of 425 or above.
  • TEM4 or above.
  • TOEIC Reading and Listening scores of 325 or above.
  • TOEFL score of 60 or above.
  • IELTS score of 5.0 or above.
• Must have no criminal record and meet relevant aircrew background-check requirements.
• Previous airline, hospitality, or service-industry experience is advantageous.
