Role Overview

Cathay Pacific is seeking professional and passionate individuals to join the Inflight Service Delivery team as Flight Attendants based in Singapore. Requirements

  • Legal right to live and work in Singapore.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Educational attainment of a Bachelor’s degree or higher; OR a GCE ‘O’ Level qualification (or equivalent) with a pass in English and at least one year of cabin crew experience.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and fluency in at least one of the following: Cantonese, Putonghua, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, or Thai.
  • Proficiency in Putonghua is considered an advantage.
  • Minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe to perform safety and emergency duties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.

Safety-Sensitive Requirements

As this is a safety-sensitive position, successful candidates must fulfill the following:

  • Pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records.
  • Pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test, conducted in accordance with HKCAD (CAD373).

Language Assessment Exemption

Candidates may be exempt from the English assessment by providing a valid score report for one of the following:

  • TOEIC (Public Test): Reading and Listening score of 325 or above in each.
  • IELTS (Academic): Overall Band Score of 6.0 or above.

Application Process

Selected candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day held in Singapore in June 2026.
