Requirements
- Possesses the legal right to work in Hong Kong.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school graduate or above.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and at least one of the following additional languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Putonghua, Sinhala, Thai, or Vietnamese. Proficiency in Putonghua is considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrates good communication skills.
- Achieves a minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe.
- Previous experience in an airline, hospitality, or service industry is advantageous.
Safety-Sensitive Role Criteria:
As this position is safety-sensitive, the successful candidate will be required to meet the following criteria:
- Successfully completes a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records.
- Demonstrates physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment.
- Passes a pre-employment drug test, conducted following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373.
English Assessment Exemption:
Candidates may be exempt from the English Assessment if they possess either of the following valid score reports:
- TOEIC® (Public Test): Valid score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening.
- IELTS (Academic): Valid overall Band Score of 6.0 or above.
