Requirements

• Possesses the legal right to work in Hong Kong.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school graduate or above.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and at least one of the following additional languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Putonghua, Sinhala, Thai, or Vietnamese. Proficiency in Putonghua is considered an added advantage.
• Demonstrates good communication skills.
• Achieves a minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe.
• Previous experience in an airline, hospitality, or service industry is advantageous.

Safety-Sensitive Role Criteria:

As this position is safety-sensitive, the successful candidate will be required to meet the following criteria:

• Successfully completes a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records.
• Demonstrates physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment.
• Passes a pre-employment drug test, conducted following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373.

English Assessment Exemption:

Candidates may be exempt from the English Assessment if they possess either of the following valid score reports:

• TOEIC® (Public Test): Valid score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening.
• IELTS (Academic): Valid overall Band Score of 6.0 or above.

Applicants holding such qualifications are requested to upload their score report with their application. The result must be within its validity period and will be verified during the recruitment process.
