The Cabin Crew Support Administrator assists in key administrative functions vital to cabin crew operations and development. The administrator supports management by monitoring cabin crew performance and maintaining comprehensive records. The role involves contributing to cabin crew management projects, including initiatives focused on performance monitoring and attendance management. The administrator is responsible for organizing and coordinating periodic inflight performance assessments and checks for cabin crew members. Furthermore, the administrator assists in promotion and probationary processes, handling preparations for shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and managing selection administration. The position requires providing administrative support through the preparation of sick leave and performance records for management review. The administrator is expected to perform any additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility in role responsibilities. This role also involves consulting with supervisors for decisions affecting operational security and safety risk tolerability when not authorized to make such decisions independently.
The successful candidate will possess experience in office administration, with a preference for background within the aviation industry. Candidates should hold good academic qualifications and demonstrate sound judgment. A strong command of both spoken and written English is required; proficiency in Chinese and an additional language is considered an advantage.
