HK Express invites applications for the position of Cabin Crew. This vital role ensures the safety and security of all passengers while delivering the highest standards of customer service onboard. The Cabin Crew member serves as an ambassador for HK Express, contributing to a positive and memorable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures the implementation and adherence to all inflight safety and security procedures.
- Conducts onboard sales activities, including food, beverage, and duty-free items.
- Provides outstanding customer service, attending to passenger needs and inquiries efficiently and courteously as part of a collaborative team.
The Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must possess the right of abode in Hong Kong.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must achieve a minimum arm-reach of 208cm and successfully complete the pre-employment medical examination.
- Must hold minimum academic qualifications of Grade E in HKCEE or Level 2 in HKDSE in both English and Chinese, or an equivalent qualification.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Proficiency in other Asian languages is considered a valuable asset.
