Position Objective
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role is primarily focused on supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for Cabin Crew positions within the Inflight Services Department at HK Express.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition in overseeing and executing the entire cabin crew recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Assists in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies designed to attract high-calibre cabin crew candidates.
- Conducts candidate screening, interviews, assessments, document verification, and reference checks for potential recruits.
- Participates in various recruitment initiatives, including career fairs and outreach programmes, to actively source candidates.
- Coordinates and facilitates the allocation of new hires to induction classes, ensuring a comprehensive onboarding foundation.
- Arranges essential onboarding logistics for new recruits, encompassing the coordination of medical appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodation as required.
- Provides support to overseas new hires throughout the process of completing necessary documentation for Hong Kong work visa applications.
- Undertakes overseas travel for the purpose of participating in recruitment events.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment is essential, with a strong focus on mass recruitment or comparable roles.
- Demonstrated understanding of best-practice recruitment methodologies and talent attraction strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the use of recruitment software and related tools.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is considered advantageous.
- Previous experience serving as a cabin crew member is beneficial.
