Role Purpose

The Cabin Crew member is integral to ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers during flights. The role involves working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service and manage in-flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all necessary inflight safety and security procedures in compliance with aviation regulations.
• Conduct efficient and professional in-flight food & beverage and duty-free sales services.
• Work effectively as a team member to deliver superior customer service activities, proactively fulfilling passengers' needs and responding to enquiries.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes and qualifications:

• Must hold the right of abode in Hong Kong.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Must demonstrate a minimum arm-reach of 208cm and successfully pass the pre-employment medical examination.
• Must have achieved a minimum of Grade E in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or Level 2 in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) in both English and Chinese, or possess equivalent qualifications.
• Must be proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Ability to speak other Asian languages is considered a valuable advantage.
