Role Purpose

The Cabin Crew member is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight. Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, the Cabin Crew provides exceptional customer service, attends to passenger needs and enquiries, and conducts on-board sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out all required in-flight safety and security procedures in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Working effectively as part of a team to deliver high standards of customer service.
Providing assistance to passengers, addressing enquiries, and fulfilling their needs during the flight.
Conducting in-flight food, beverage, and duty-free sales with professionalism and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

The airline seeks candidates who meet the following requirements:

Must hold the right of abode in Hong Kong.
Must be a minimum age of 18 years old.
Must possess a minimum arm-reach of 208cm and successfully pass the pre-employment medical examination.
Must have attained a minimum of Grade E in HKCEE or Level 2 in HKDSE in both English and Chinese, or possess equivalent qualifications.
Must demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Ability to speak other Asian languages would be considered a valuable asset.
