Role Purpose

Cabin Crew members are integral to the passenger experience, focusing on safety, security, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing in-flight safety and security procedures diligently.
• Conducting in-flight food & beverage and duty-free sales.
• Collaborating effectively as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service, attend to passengers' needs, and respond to inquiries.

The Ideal Candidate:

HK Express is seeking candidates who possess the following attributes and qualifications:

• Must hold the right of abode in Hong Kong.
• Must be a minimum age of 18 years old.
• Must achieve a minimum arm-reach of 208cm and successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination.
• Minimum educational requirement of Grade E in HKCEE or Level 2 in HKDSE in both English and Chinese, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Ability to speak other Asian languages is considered an advantage.
