Corporate Flight Attendant - Hong Kong

TAG Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Corporate Flight Attendant in Hong Kong, within the Flight Operations (Asia) department. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flight operations.

The Corporate Flight Attendant will provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their safety and security throughout the flight. Responsibilities also include assisting with pre-flight preparations and post-flight duties, managing in-flight service including meal and beverage service, and responding to passenger requests and inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure. A positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional customer service are essential.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant is required.
• Demonstrated polished and professional interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to perform required duties within an aircraft environment.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve work objectives.
• Proactive dedication to ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers.
• Proven ability to provide exemplary customer service, satisfying and exceeding expectations.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Discretion in handling confidential information is imperative.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
