Key Requirements for this Pilot Position
To be considered for this challenging and rewarding pilot role, prospective applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Flight Experience: A minimum of 800 hours of flight experience 'in type' is mandatory.
- Type Rating: Possession of a relevant Type Rating is required for the position.
- Licensing & Qualifications: Candidates must hold a valid EASA Frozen ATPL, CPL(A)/IR with ATPL(A) theory, or an MPL license, all compliant with EASA Part-FCL requirements. Essential endorsements include a current Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine (ME) qualification, and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
- Medical Certificate: A current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is compulsory.
- Language Proficiency: An ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 or higher is a prerequisite. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate very good German language skills, equivalent to at least CEFR level B2, if German is not their native or everyday language.
- Education: A High School Diploma is required.
- Professional Conduct: Candidates must possess an impeccable professional reputation and exhibit a strong commitment to operational excellence and airline standards.
- Vaccination Policy: Willingness to receive vaccinations approved in Switzerland, including COVID-19 and yellow fever, is expected. COVID-19 vaccination is specifically required where permitted by applicable law.
