Minimum Requirements for First Officer Candidates:
- Licensing and Qualifications: Applicants must possess a valid EASA Part-FCL ATPL(A), CPL(A)/IR with ATPL(A) theory credit, or an MPL license. A current and valid Type Rating is required, alongside Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Engine (ME) rating, and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).
- Flight Experience: A minimum of 800 hours of flight experience "in type" is essential for consideration.
- Medical Standards: Candidates are required to hold a current and valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrable proficiency in both English and German is mandatory. A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 is required. For German language skills, a level of B2 or higher is necessary, particularly if German is not the candidate's native or everyday language.
- Educational Background: Possession of a High School Diploma is a prerequisite for this position.
- Health and Conduct: Successful candidates must be willing to receive vaccinations approved in Switzerland, which may include COVID-19, yellow fever, and others, where applicable. An impeccable professional reputation and background are non-negotiable.
