About the Role

Zimex Aviation is seeking a pilot to operate within a small team in demanding, often challenging environments, including high-risk countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to experience the adventurous side of aviation, operating a DHC6 Twin Otter fleet while upholding the highest standards. The position is based in Switzerland and involves a rotation of five weeks on and five weeks off.

Requirements

• Minimum 200 hours total flight time, with at least 70 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
• Valid EASA (frozen) ATPL (A) license.
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Valid EASA Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME-IR) license.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency - Minimum Level 4.
• Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) or prior EASA type rating on High Power Aircraft (HPA) or Medium Power Aircraft (MPA).
• Completion of Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) training or 500 hours of experience in multi-crew operations on multi-engine aircraft.
• Covid-19 vaccination and Yellow Fever certificate are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• DHC6 (Twin Otter) type rating and relevant experience are considered a significant advantage.
